The five-minute offer check

A repeatable checklist before sharing or redeeming a promotion.

In shortBefore sharing an offer, find the merchant's original page, record the exact terms and note when you checked. If those three things are missing, call it an unverified lead—not a deal.

Find the merchant’s original post

Screenshots can crop conditions or outlive the offer. Find the merchant's current website, app page, official social post or written terms, and keep that link with your note.

Copy the exact conditions

Write down the start and end time, benefit, minimum spend, eligible items, outlets, booking or payment step, and exclusions. Do not replace missing details with assumptions.

Record when you checked

For an active promotion, show the verification date and revisit it when the terms change or the offer expires.

What to remember
  • Primary source first.
  • Exact terms matter.
  • Always mark the verification date.

Editorial note: This is an evergreen Bestie Savers guide, not a time-limited promotion. Current offers always show their official source, validity period and last checked time.
